New Year's Vision Board + Yoga

Join the Wildlight Yoga community for a unique and reflective afternoon of yoga and mini-vision board creation. This workshop will start with a restorative gentle flow to help us unclutter our minds and gently focus us on our intentions for the new year ahead. Jen will then guide us through a meditation and prepare us for our journey into our 2019 vision board.

A vision board is collage representing things you would like to attract to your life as well as how you want to feel. Each vision board is unique and can truly set the groundwork for positive shifts in your life as we embark in the new year.

Jen Frazier earned her 200-hr teaching certification through Moksha Yoga in 2016.

Students are invited to bring scissors, glue sticks/glue, old magazines to share, and any images or quotes that inspire you. Board will be supplied. No yoga experience necessary as class will be suitable for all levels. Mats and props will be provided at Wildlight Yoga, 4140 N. Milwaukee Ave.

Admission is $30 in advance, $40 day of. No refunds or credits. Purchase tickets here.

Students may also consider purchasing the book Heart Thoughts: A Treasury of Inner Wisdom. It's not required, but it's a great companion to the workshop and an amazing tool to use throughout the year.
