Alderman John Arena will host and moderate a community discussion on a zoning change proposed at 4042-60 N. Milwaukee.
The proposal presented for review requests a zoning change from B1-3 to C1-3 in order for Fischmans to operate a small, high-end packaged goods store adjacent to the upcoming restaurant and bar.
