This weekend City News Cafe is bringing the community music and a meeting and book reading with Justin O'Brien the author of "Chicago Yippy!".
This Saturday at 2 pm gypsy jazz band: Le Pompe will be playing live music. After that at 5 pm Justin O'Brien will be doing his book reading and discussion.
This Sunday at 10 am jazz artists Marcos Rios, Jose Carrasquillo, and Zach Nicolas will be jamming out. Tell your friends and your neighbors. City News Cafe would love to show you their homemade coffee and truffles as well.

This weekend City News Cafe is going to have folk artist Carey Anne this Saturday at 11 am, a Spirited bluegrass jam at 9 am on Sunday, followed by Hassan El-Tayyab & Ashley Kushner at 12 pm with their folk harmonies and then some old school piano playing at 2:30 pm. Tell your friends, invite your neighbors, there will be coffee, truffles, City News Cafe's Matcha Zen Green Tea Lattes.

This four-session program will be held on 4 Saturdays from 10AM to 3PM plus a one hour break for lunch. The class will be commencing March 3rd. You will have the opportunity to make a beautiful 10″ x 10″ stained glass window, based on your choice of design options. Cost of the 4 sessions, including your toolkit, is $360.00
(only $22.5 per hour). Individual stained glass classes 1X 1 are available.

Hello gardeners, gardenettes, and gardening enthusiasts winter is coming to a close and spring plans need to be made.
April 7th will be the yearly fundraiser at Rabbits. Same deal as in years past. The garden is in great need for folks who can help find/donate auction prizes, publicize in any and all media (print and digital) and sell raffle tickets. Please contact me ASAP to get the ball rolling.
Sunday March 18th, 5pm to 6pm at Rabbits Bar and Grill on Foster we will have our first formal, quarterly meeting. All volunteers are welcome. Rabbits will donate beer for the hour for those who have worked on the garden last year as an incentive to come.
