Come to the 3rd annual Winter Market at Copernicus! Here is a small description of some of the vendors and what to expect. First we have Softwave Fish. They are bringing Smoked Salmon the bacon of fish along with yellowfin tuna grilled fillets and cuts. Next is the Little Bison Company. They offer grass fed cuts of bison, beef, lamb, prime pork, fresh eggs and cheese. Wisconsin Cheese. Lastly Maple and Honey farms has everything their name sounds like and that includes honeycombs. Which is actually one of the world's healthiest and sweetest desserts. This is all just a small taste of whats there. More info here.
