Put that pen to paper, Wanderer, and let's make your bucket list. Whether it's driving a convertible down Highway 1, hiking Machu Picchu, or canning veggies from your organic garden, it's time to prioritize adventure!
An avid roadtripper, small business cheerleader, and all-around adventure enthusiast, Kelli will lead students in a deep hip and heart-opening Hatha yoga class to center the mind and breathe through fear before inviting students to get real honest: what do you want in this wild life? She will share her personal journaling methods for getting unstuck, setting goals, and finding forward motion. Leave with clarified short and long-term goals, a personal mission statement, and/or a list of microadventures to check off during your Chi-town summer!
