HOW CAN WE CONNECT WOMEN AND GIRLS TO THE CREATIVE ECONOMY?

  • 2112 inc. 4245 North Knox Avenue Chicago, IL, 60641 United States (map)

Join 2112 for an afternoon of brainstorming to explore possible arts and culture based solutions that use technology to connect women and girls to the creative economy. RSVP required.

The Challenge: “How can women and girls of all socioeconomic backgrounds use technology to fully participate and prosper in the economy?”

2112 is committed to participating in solving these global challenges through community building, partnerships, and innovation. That’s why they would love for those with a passion for problem solving, diversity and inclusion in tech and beyond, to join them for a brainstorming session event where they will delve into this issue, and compose their own solution. Over the course of the afternoon, they will engage in an expertly guided discussion facilitated by Demetrio Cardona-Maguigad, Partner, Strategic Design Director at Lime Red Studio with the intention to build an art and culture-based solution to submit to MIT’s Solve Challenge.
