October 16 through October 28, 723 residents voted in the 45th Ward Participatory Budgeting process. Thank you all for your valued participation! These residents helped decide what projects will be funded through the Neighborhood Capital Infrastructure Program, also known as aldermanic menu money. Voters decided that 51%, or $510,000, of the $1 million should go toward street resurfacing throughout the ward. That leaves $491,000 for projects selected by voters.
More information on those projects available here.
