Are you looking to start a business? Do you have a business but want to take it to the next level? Then you do not want to miss this great free resource. The Department of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection (BACP) offers workshops every Wednesday and Friday. Workshops vary each month and are conducted by City Officials, experts, and partner business organizations. Topics include business plan, maketing, finance and social media. All workshops are free, and open to the public. Workshops are held at BACP's offices located in Room 805 and Room 1103 at City Hall, 121 N. LaSalle St., Chicago, IL 60602.
Don't miss "Nuts and Bolts of Creating a Charitable Organization" on Friday, December 15th from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. at City Hall 11th Floor, "Marketing with Social Media" on Wednesday, December 20th from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. on the 8th floor and "Making Connections" on Friday, December 22nd from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. on the 11th floor. Workshops will resume in the new year.
